Did you know that only 4% of eligible Alaskans give blood?

Blood Bank of Alaska is seeking active blood donors and blood recipients to remind Alaskans why giving blood is so important.

This August, Blood Bank of Alaska will select donors and recipients to sit down with a film crew and share their experience with blood donation.

These stories will be used in community education, television commercials and training sessions.
