Donor Rewards

Blood Bank of Alaska values your dedication to helping Alaska patients in need.  As a blood donor you are part of our Donor Rewards Program.

How It Works:

Each time you donate, you earn 25 points.  The points you earn can be used to order merchandise from the store.  The more often you donate, the more points you earn.  This new system began on January 1, 2013.  If you were part of the Hero Program before January 1, 2013 the points you had remain.

Not sure how many points you have?  It is easy to find out!

Find the Donor Connection button located in the top right hand corner of your screen. Click this button and begin to login to your account.  You will need your donor identification and your birthdate to create your profile.

Not sure what your Donor ID is? Contact HeroDonors@bbak.org or call 222-5630 to find out.

Hero points are updated every 48 hours, so please allow for a few days in order for new donations to be recorded.

Ordering Merchandise:

You can view merchandise, point levels and orders once you click on the online store. Have your orders sent directly to your home or preferred location.
