Ed Lamm is familiar face at Blood Bank of Alaska. Every few weeks Ed drops in to donate platelets. He is our largest gallon donor at 72 gallons, closely followed by Kenn Barnett. This August he celebrated 50 years since his first donation.
He has spent countless hours in the chair and with our staff. He has saved hundreds of lives. Why does Ed do it? It isn’t for a party or fanfare, just because helping others is in his blood!
